Article 1 : Purpose

The present GTC or General Conditions of Use legally govern the use of the services of the jump-events-riviera.com site (hereinafter referred to as “the site”).

Constituting the contract between the company La Petite Perle and the User, access to the site must be preceded by acceptance of these GTC. Access to this platform signifies acceptance of these GCU

The jump-events-riviera.com website is published by SAS JUMP EVENTS RIVIERA, registered with the RCS under number 919 781 849, whose head office is located at Haras de la Buissonne, RN 7 – Quartier Langesse – 13590 Meyreuil, France.

The host of the jump-events-riviera.com.fr website is the company OVH, located at 5 Rue Keller, 59100 Roubaix, France.

 

Article 3 : Access to the site

The jump-events-riviera.com website allows free access to the following services:

  • Programming of the equestrian events organized;
  • Orders and payments intended exclusively for registered riders via FFE COMPET or the FEI for international riders (booking of accommodation, payment of commitments or any other service related to the event);
  • Payment of orders from exhibitors and partners.

The site is accessible free of charge from anywhere by any user with Internet access. All costs necessary for access to the services (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are to be borne by the user.

Access to the services dedicated to certain categories of users (riders, exhibitors, partners) may be provided by means of a login and a password.

For maintenance or other reasons, access to the site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher without notice or justification.

Article 4 : Collection of data

For the creation of the User’s account, the collection of information at the time of registration on the site is necessary and mandatory. In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6th relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the collection and processing of personal information is carried out in the respect of private life.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, Articles 39 and 40, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his or her personal data. This right can be exercised by :

  • The contact form ;
  • His customer space.

Article 5 : Intellectual property

The brands, logos as well as the contents of the jump-events-riviera.com website (graphic illustrations, texts…) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and by the copyright.

The reproduction and copying of the contents by the User require prior authorisation from the site. In this case, any use for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.

Article 6 : Liability

Article 9 : Publication by the user

Article 10 : Duraction of contract

This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The beginning of the use of the services of the site marks the application of the contract with regard to the User.

Article 11 : Applicable law and competent jurisdictione

This contract is subject to French law. The absence of amicable resolution of any dispute between the parties implies recourse to the competent French courts to settle the dispute. The commercial court of Aix en Provence is the only competent court.
